The Bouchon series of wines is crafted from grapes grown throughout California's highly regarded
wine regions. The Bouchon portfolio includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, a Red Cuvee and a
Cuvee Blanc. Our winemaker carefully supervises the vinification and barrel aging of each wine
to ensure it meets the highest quality standards. With their full-body, supple texture, forward
fruit flavors and long finish, these delicious wines can be enjoyed now or cellared for future use.
The Silverstone series of wines is produced from grapes grown throughout California.
The Silverstone portfolio includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay. Our winemaker's
goal is to craft wines that combine true varietal characteristics with the benefits
of oak aging. He tastes the wines regularly to ensure that all the components are in
balance and that varietal intensity is not compromised. The result is wines with
forward fruit flavors, velvety texture and uncommon complexity.
